In one of my latest articles I wrote about the benefits of journaling.
It is such a simple yet powerful tool to get clarity and release unpleasant emotions. Not to mention that it’s free and anyone can do it!
I know at the beginning it might feel weird to grab pen and paper and start writing about yourself.
It gets easier with practice.
Also you might notice that the first couple of minutes you don’t know what to write about or you are just describing your day, but just relax and keep writing and you will see that very interesting insights will come up.
But if you don’t feel inspired or need a bit of help, you can use this list of questions that will help you get started and flowing with your journaling.
You can pick a block and write about all the questions in it or just pick one question randomly from the list and elaborate from there.
Enjoy!
